Your Disability Lawyer

Attorney Charlie Hall

Welcome to my law practice, where the client comes first.  I do the heavy lifting and the legwork in your case; I don’t push that on you.  I focus on your case and make it easy for you, so you can focus on taking care of your health.

I founded my law practice after nearly a decade of working for other firms.  During that time, I developed a better way of doing things.  The bottom line at my firm is that the client truly comes first.  This means that I will fight for you, even if that means taking your case to Federal Court.  I am not in the business of settling cases, negotiating for easy wins, or taking only the easy cases; I will fight to get you the justice you deserve.  No case is too small or too complex.

I am open during hours that are convenient for you.  This means actually having regular office hours where you can see an attorney, like evenings and weekends.  I also am available for appointments outside of my regular office hours.  At my firm, you will actually speak with me when you need legal advice and counsel, not a receptionist, secretary, intern, paralegal, or legal assistant.  There is no revolving door of new and inexperienced attorneys or staff members to manage your case at my firm.

I have staff working seven days a week, developing cases, and ensuring that client issues are promptly handled.  My firm is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, so if you are too busy to visit during the week, you can come in on the weekend.  I also personally meet with clients on Sundays by appointment, as well as mornings and evenings throughout the week by appointment.

My staff will return my client calls within one business day.  You get my actual cell phone number so you can call me or text me 24 hours a day—not some third-party virtual answering service.  My goal is to provide the best customer service in the entire Piedmont Triad.  If I am not personally able to answer your call, my staff will.

My law practice focuses on Social Security Disability law, where the North Carolina State Bar has recognized me as a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability Law.  I am one of about 50 to have earned that distinction.  To have earned this distinction, I have demonstrated mastery in this specialty and underwent a peer review by lawyers and judges.  Currently, I am one of seven attorneys who serve on the Disability Specialization Committee to review candidates for Social Security Disability Board Certification. I have served as chair of the Disability Advocacy Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. I have an AVVO rating of Superb (10/10).  I am an Accredited Attorney with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.  I also focus my practice on Long Term Disability.

Have a look around.  Give me a call, if you need my help.  You will actually have an opportunity to speak with me, your attorney, and not some virtual third-party answering service located in India or wherever.
